- Promotions are intended as a bonus to loyal players, and to attract new end users to the Casino. The Casino encourages end users to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse of a promotion that comes to the attention of the Casino may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions.
- Each casino promotion is available only once per end user. The identity of an end user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
- The Casino may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of end users or of any one end user to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of end users to participate in promotions.
- The Casino reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to end users, using reasonable efforts to provide such notice in advance. The Casino shall not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by end users. When using a bonus or a coupon the amount deposited is wagered first by the system. In the event when the customer does not use a bonus, the 10 times maximum cash-out may be applied if:
- the total amount of bonuses received during the whole life time of the account is equal or greater than the total deposit made in the account; or
- if the last 2 deposits received a bonus that is 100% or more; or
- when a customer requests for a bonus after the original deposit has been consumed or used.
- The Casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which the Casino in their sole discretion deem to be abusive, the Casino reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such end user(s) to the promotion. If an account is banned, locked or closed by the casino for one reason or another, the casino will then return only the latest deposit back to the customer within 30 days as stated by the casino’s terms and conditions.
- Due to ongoing promotional abuse, players from the following countries are not allowed to receive bonuses over 100%: Australia, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Turkey and Israel. Players must fulfill 30 times play-through requirements on Blackjack and Video Poker and 20 times on all other games before a withdrawal can be made. All bonuses over 30% are 10 times the deposit as a maximum cash-out and are non-cashable. If you do redeem a bonus that does not conform to this rule, all winnings from that deposit will be null and void, and the deposit will be returned. The casino will not be monitoring non-winning deposits.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Casino will be considered final.
- *As of September 16th, 2005 players from Italy are not allowed to cash-out from free chip winnings. All use of free chips by players in Italy will be for entertainment purposes only.
