Cash out requirements A customer may request for payment if he/she has fulfilled the following requirements: If the customer used a credit card (Visa, Master Card, Central Coin, or FIREPAY) at any point of the account, he/she must send the Deposit Transaction Agreement form, together with the documents required in the form. The customer must have fulfilled the wagering requirements based on the bonus given to him on a deposit. The amount of the withdrawal requested must NOT be equal or less than the non-cashable bonus.
