Any and all promotional bonuses, unless specified otherwise by the Casino, are NON CASHABLE. All bonus money is removed during cash out. Bonus money exists to enhance play and should be used to help generate winnings but cannot be withdrawn as part of said winnings. The bonus will not be returned to the account but deducted from winnings by the Casino.
To claim a bonus, the player must redeem it before placing any bets with his/her deposit. Once the player begins wagering before taking a bonus, he/she forfeits their right to any promotion on that deposit. If the bonus does not redeem for any reason, it is the responsibility of the player to contact Customer Support for help redeeming said bonus.
Promotions cannot be combined. If at anytime this should occur, winnings will be void. Players cannot redeem additional coupons if they have a balance or pending cash-out unless approved by management.
Use of promo bonuses that are not entitled to a specific player and any winnings generated from that promotion are forfeited and the original deposit is returned to the customer.
Winnings generated from the following games while playing on a promotional bonus will be void: Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Pontoon 21, War, Sic Bo and Pai Gow Poker, unless stated otherwise.
In circumstances in which a promotion or a free bonus is opened to be used on different games, the maximum wagering requirement will be applied in order to cash out.
Playthrough Requirements: Wagering is calculated from the amount of the deposit plus the amount of the promotional bonus redeemed.
For example, if a player makes a deposit of $100.00 and take a 100% bonus that demands a 15X playthrough, he or she must then wager the amount of their deposit ($100.00) and the amount of their bonus ($100.00) 15X before they will be eligible to request a withdrawal. This means that the total wager must equal $200.00 X 15 = $3,000.00 before they will be able to request a withdrawal.
Maximum Withdrawal: Maximum withdrawals are based solely on the amount of the deposit.
When cashing out, the bonus amount that is redeemed will be removed from the total withdrawal amount (e.g. – If a player redeems a $500 bonus and withdraws $1500 – He will receive $1000).
While having a pending withdrawal, players cannot redeem or request free chips, comp points or cash-backs. During this period of time a player cannot accumulate said promotions or request them after the approval.

In no case will “reversals” (canceled withdrawals) count toward any type of bonus unless the Casino approves the payout and re-deposits said pay-out into the player’s account with the player’s consent. When playing on a redeposit, any comp points previously accumulated will be voided.
Any excess money that has met the max cash out on a coupon will be removed whether or not the withdrawal has been processed – this excess money cannot be used in combination with another promotion or in order to build up free comp points.
Free Chip and ‘No Play No Max’ bonus Rules
