Be aware that the player must take responsibility for reviewing our Terms and Conditions on a regular basis in order to ensure that they are made aware of any modifications, updates, or changes to casino policy. The casino reserves the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notification. Use of the casino software following a change to the Terms and Conditions constitutes the player’s acceptance of said changes.
General Rules
- The Player must be either, at least 18 years of age or of the required legal age allowed for gambling in his/her state or legal territory in order to be allowed to play.
- The player is responsible for providing the casino with the accurate and complete details that are requested from him/her when signing up. Any false information, particularly information that could affect communications between the player and the company can result in a closure of the player’s account and/or voiding of all winnings.
- Any information provided during the download process, sign up process, or registration period will be held in strict confidentiality. At certain times, however, the player may receive notices from the casino as well as its partners, from which the player can unsubscribe.
- Any applicable taxes or deductions on any winnings that the player may receive from the casino are the responsibility of the player alone.
- The player must accept any and all outcomes from game results as delivered in the client application from the Casino’s game server. It is the responsibility of the player to fully accept that the Casino’s random number generator software will solely determine the outcome of the games.
- The player shall hold the Company, its officers, employees, distributors, licensees, directors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and agents harmless and shall fully cover any and all costs, expenses, liabilities or damages that can occur as a result of: (i) the player’s entry, participation, or reuse of the Web site, (ii) the player’s use of any materials at the Web site, (iii) the player’s entry, use, or reuse of the Casino’s server, (iv) the player’s participation in the Game, or, (v) the player’s acceptance of any winnings.

- All user accounts must present a valid photo ID and a proof of address for identity verification before a cash out can be processed and delivered. The Casino also reserves the right to request additional information so that accounts can be properly validated.
- Please remember that the user must send an authorization form along with a scan of the front face of any card that the player chooses to deposit with us.
- There is no representation of warranty from the Casino, either implicitly or explicitly, regarding a Player’s legal right to play in the Casino nor shall any of the Casino’s employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers claim or seem to claim authorization to make any such representations or warranties.
- The casino would like to encourage players to gamble responsibly. Players may request at any time to be removed from our system.
- Employees of the company, affiliates, or any agency working with the company, and their immediate families, are not eligible to use the services provided.
- The Casino reserves the right to close any account at any time due to abuse of our system, either through promotional fraud or criminal conduct that may be committed by the player.
- The Casino reserves the right, barring any prior notice, to add or remove any game or service within the casino.
- The responsibility for keeping the account number and password secure and secret belongs solely to the player. The player shall not allow any third party including, without limitation to, any minor, to access his/her account, read and/or use any materials or information from the Web site, accept any Prize, or participate in any of the Games. The player is entirely responsible for any and all purchases and/or losses that may occur on his/her account.
- The Casino reserves the right to process any withdrawals from casino accounts via the method(s) used to fund the account wherever possible; in the event of a withdrawal delay the casino will attempt any means available in order to process the withdrawal quickly and securely.
- When you receive a payment by check, you must deposit said check to a financial institution within 30 days of receipt. Any delay could result in the check no longer being cashable. In this event the company is not responsible and a reissue of the check payment will not be made.
- In the event of any dispute, all decisions made by the Casino are final. Players can use CDS – Central Dispute System, to register complaints with the Casino. CDS is a 3rd party dispute system established by RTG meant to settle player disputes.
- Players deemed by the Casino to be professionals may be blocked from using our promotions and/or winnings and their accounts may be voided. The deposits will be returned to the customer.
- The player will agree that the Casino or a payment processing company acting on the Casino’s behalf will handle all financial account transactions (“Payment Processor”). The player will also agree that the Payment Processor reserves the right to withhold any payments should the Payment Processor have reason to believe or any suspicion that the player is engaging in or has engaged in collusion, fraudulent activity, unlawful activity, or improper behavior.
- The player further agrees not to dispute any charges or deposits made into the Casino during his/her time as a user. In addition, if the player will cause charge-backs and/or renounce or cancel or otherwise reverse any of his/her due payments and in any such event he/she must refund and compensate the Casino for such unpaid payments, including any additional expenses incurred by the casino in the process of collecting said payment.
- Some of our processors pre-approve transactions and then process the transactions in a batch process later. If your transaction happens to be declined at that time of it being processed, and if there are winnings generated from your pre-approved deposit, winnings from that transaction will become void.
- In a case where the casino is not able to verify the player’s documents and identity fully, the casino may require that the player send some further documentation in order to complete this process.
- The casino reserves the right to refuse or withhold a bonus or winnings in the event of funds being cancelled or denied by any payment service.
- The Casino reserves the right to disqualify winnings in the following cases:
- A player maintaining more than one active account at the Casino (unless previously approved by management);
- A mismatch between the player’s Casino account name and the name on the credit card used to make deposits to the account;
- If two players are using the same payment account (e.g. – two different players using the same Neteller account);
- Incorrect or false registration information;
- If the Player has allowed or granted (intentionally or unintentionally) another player to play using their own account;
- Any player who uses a professional gambling and betting pattern. (i.e. Using even bet pattern betting on Roulette games);
- If the Player has deliberately used a “charge back” on any of the money deposited into their Casino account or at any of our sister casinos;
- If the Player is found to be cheating or if the player has installed a macro or system (e.g. – machines, computers, software or any other form of automation) – such players will be reimbursed for their deposits and their accounts will be permanently closed.
